New Cultural Consultant

Coppedge Consulting humbly welcomes Ms. Heather Anderson

Heather Anderson brings her 13 years in the Human Resources, non-profit, and private sector experience. While serving in these roles, she has taken a deep dive into data reporting, full-cycle recruiting, strategic partnering, diversity, and inclusion. Ms. Anderson's DEI work has built relationships with a local DOL program to help attract more diverse candidates while providing its student workers with Work-Based Learning opportunities and has partnered with local agencies to create programs that offer work opportunities to Veterans and consumers living with disabilities. Heather's commitment to HUMAN Resources work led her to receive her mediation certification in early 2020, where she met Lakisha Coppedge.  Her passion for helping caused her to join Lakisha's team!
